A lion with a big scorpion tail pulling a chariot made using my
<a href=http://www.inlgames.com/gobby.htm>goblin chariot technique</a>.
I used a 1" base, so I can get pretty much any single based 28mm figure in it.
The chain is my standard
<a href=http://www.inlgames.com/mchamp.htm>square knot technique</a>.
I mounted the whole thing on a piece of thin board.

Painted up, then the board got covered in strung out cottom balls to make
either a sky cloud or a cloud of dust on the ground.
